HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS

1. Make a purchase of €15 or more at any of our service stations.
2. Ask for your scratch card at the checkout. Each scratch card has a unique code.
3. Enter the code in the App, in the “Enter Code” section. Each code is one entry into the prize draw.
4. You can check your entries in the App, under “View My Codes.”
5. If you win, you’ll see in the App which code won and what your prize is.
You don’t have to do anything else: Esser will contact you to coordinate prize delivery. If you don’t win, you’ll
also see this reflected in the same section.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “ESSER SCRATCH AND WIN” PROMOTION

• This promotion is valid exclusively for users registered in the Esser App. If you’re not yet a user, download the
app and register (it’s very easy).
• The promotion will take place at Esser Lloret de Mar and Esser Pineda de Mar service stations during the
period indicated in the app or until the total number of codes has been used up.
• Scratch cards are only available in-store and only for purchases of €15 or more.
• Each scratch card contains a unique code, which must be entered in the Esser App in the “Enter Codes”
section. Once validated, the code will be associated with the user’s account and will count as one entry in the
prize draw.
• The Esser team will contact the winners to coordinate prize delivery.
• The promotion is personal and non-transferable, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
equivalent prize.
• Esser reserves the right to modify the duration of the promotion, the date of the prize draw, or cancel it in the
event of force majeure or for other justified reasons. • The winner of each prize authorizes Esser to publish and
disseminate their name and surname, along with a photograph taken at the time of prize collection, through
the usual online and online channels.
• Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and the processing of data in
accordance with Esser’s privacy policy.
